  • Manages the New Work database of 1,000+ scripts

  • Coordinates script coverage from four internal and external reading groups

  • Facilitates conversations about plays with Woolly staff, artists, and audiences including Community Conversations, Talkbacks, Artistic Conversations, and Play Clubs

  • Produces workshops of new plays

    • Arranges artist housing and travel

    • Drafts artists' Letters of Agreement

    • Past workshops: ANON by Anne Washburn, THE BESOTTED by Seayoung Yim, PLAY MAID by Jesús I. Valles, CÓNDOR (O, NO ES DICTADURA) by Noelle Viñas

  • ​Schedules meetings with artists and theater collaborators​

  • Solicits, creates, or edits program materials

  • Creates, in collaboration with the Director of New Work and two New Work interns, a dramaturgy packets for world premieres

  • Oversees and mentors three interns

  • Served as Executive Liaison for Maria Manuela Goyanes and Kimberly Douglas for March of the Mammoth, the annual fundraising Gala
